Baked Brie in Puff Pastry



  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 brie wheel
  • 1/2 cup NaturAlmond Almond Butter
  • 1/4 cup jalapeno-rasberry jam
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon of water


  • Thaw puff pastry according to package directions and unfold onto a lightly floured surface
  • Use a rolling pin, gentlyroll to seal any cracks in pastry
  • Place brie wheel on top of jam on puff pastry and coat with NaturAlmond Almond Butter [like frosting a cake]
  • Dallop jam on top of almond butter
  • Fold pastry up over the cheese to cover [like a blanket]
  • Trim excess pastry and press to seal seams.
  • Reserve pastry scraps for decorations
  • Whisk egg + water in a small bowl and lightly brush the seams of puff pastry
  • Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly coat with cooking spray
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until puff pastry is ligh brown and crispy
  • Let stand for 30 minutes before cutting into
