Chocolate Truffles




  • 1 package of dark chocolate chips [12 ounces]
  • 1 cup NaturAlmond Almond Butter
  • 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1 +1/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder


  • Melt chocolate chips according to package
  • Add NaturAlmond Almond Butter + chopped almonds + shredded coconut to melted chocolate. Stir together with a spoon.
  • Refridgerate for 15-30 minutes or until mixture is firm enough to form balls
  • Line baking sheet with wax paper
  • Use a melon ball scoop or spoon to form 2 inch round balls. Dust the truffles with cocoa powerd
  • Refridgerate until ready to serve
