Cookie Dough Stuffed Dates/"Spiders"
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup Joolie's Original Date Syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp sea salt
1/3 cup dairy free chocolate chips
Mix the almond flour, peanut butter, date syrup, vanilla, and sea salt together until everything is combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. Place in the refrigerator. Cut open the dates and lay them on a plate. Cut the pretzel sticks in half for the "spider legs" and stick them into the dates before inserting the cookie dough. Once the 6 legs are inserted, take a pinch of the cookie dough and place it into the date. If you'd like, you can save some of the chocolate chips until this step and use them as the eyes of the spider. Enjoy this fun, tasty twist on a Halloween treat!
